"Julie did a wonderful job with my maternity/family photos! When I reached out to Julie initially, she was quick to respond, helpful in answering all of my questions, and accommodating with arranging a place and date/time for our photoshoot. We asked Julie to do our photos at our home -- she gladly trekked around our property up hills and through hay and soybean fields to get us the "harvest season" feel we wanted for our photos. She perfectly captured our vision! She sent us a sneak peek the following day and we were blown away. The rest of the pictures she sent later that week were just as beautiful. Common FAQs
How long is a session?
Sessions are typically 45 minutes to an hour. We are not racing a clock though, we will shoot until we are both satisfied with the variety of images.
When will I receive my gallery?
One thing that I am always told is past clients have been so happy with how quickly their gallery was ready. I will have your photos ready for you within 2 weeks of our session (often sooner). After you pick your collection I make the final edits to those photos and they are ready for with 1 week.
How do I try on a dress from the client closet?
Once you let me know what items you would like to try on I will drop them off to your house. Often clients are not home and I just set them outside in a dress bag for you to try on at your convince.
Pick up is easy too. Depending on how soon your session is or if another client needs one of the dresses, I will either have you keep them and return them at the session or I will pick it back up and return to you before your session.
I have a portable changing tent so you can change out of the dress after the session. Easy easy!
Can our dogs be in the pictures?
Sure! I love dogs! If you are bringing them along I highly recommend bringing someone else to be able to help out with them and hold them when we are taking shots without them. No matter how well behaved they are they need to be leashed. A favorite squeaky toy and treats are a great idea to bring too.

I don't know that many people are more awkward then myself hah! So I totally get the concern but I will give you prompts and tell you exactly what to do so you are never feeling weird.
Do you offer any albums, prints, canvases, etc?
A: Yes, all of this is done & ordered right through your online gallery.
Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes, I do! If you would like to make a payment plan I suggest paying over time between booking and your session for the minimum collecting package, That way it spreads out the payments and you can still get your images as soon as they are delivered. If you want to upgrade to a higher collection you can pay the difference at the time of viewing your gallery.
what happens if it rains on our session day?
I always wait until 3 to 4 hours before our session to officially have to reschedule. Weather can and often does change by the hour. I will try to accommodate with weekend dates if they are available- but since they are often full, sessions are usually moved to a weekday the following week.
What days and times do you offer sessions?
Sessions are always scheduled an hour before sunset. This is when the lighting is most dreamy and of course the skies are amazing! I only offer 2 weekend dates a month and they fill up fast. Weekends are done on Saturday evenings and week day sessions vary.
